• You can return the item for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
• Please read the item description, as certain website images may depict items that are not included. Returns will not be accepted for this reason.
• Some items are non-returnable, including:

• • Glass Garden Rooms and Glass Verandas once delivered.
  • Items classified as “special orders,” “special offers,” or those made to the customer’s specification.

Damaged or Defective Items

• In the event of receiving damaged or defective goods, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographs of the faulty item(s).
• Defective or faulty items will be replaced free of charge.

Installations

• Our Installation associates are specialists and will contact you shortly after purchase to arrange a full survey and installation dates.
• Installation costs, if applicable, will be discussed and agreed upon during the survey.
• All installation costs (if applicable) will be direct with the installation team. The costs are variable depending on the type and size of Glass Garden Room or Veranda and the location and possible bespoke work. These will all be discussed and agreed on the survey.

Returns

• Certain items, excluding those listed above, can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Before initiating a return, please be aware of items that cannot be returned under the 14-day returns policy:

• • Items no longer in their original condition and packaging.
  • Items listed in the exclusions above.

Self-Assembly Verandas

• Report any damage before assembly so we are able to resolve any issues.
• Replacements will not be provided for damage reported after assembly.

Return Conditions

• Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are in the same packaging and condition as received.
• We assess all returned items, and if not in their original packaging and condition, a handling charge of 50% of the full product price (before any discounts) will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

• Refunds for approved return cases will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the items, to the original payment method.
